MARY LOCKETT HALL IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE
 
The Anglican Parish of Claremont administers Mary Lockett Hall.Queenslea Drive, Claremont. For Enquiries and bookings please contact the Parish Office

Located adjacent to Christ Church Claremont on the corner of Stirling Highway and Queenslea Drive is the newly renovated parish hall within minutes of the Claremont Railway Station.
 
The new facilities include air-conditioning and a purpose built kitchen to cater for wedding receptions or meetings.
 
Roll-out shade blinds can now cover the space between the hall and the church accessible through large concertina glass doors on the northern side with a servery from the kitchen area making it an ideal venue for entertaining and outside dining.
 
   The Hall measures 15 m x 7 m with a level carpeted floor
Seating capacity is for 90 people at tables
Kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, crockery and cutlery for up to 150 people4-burner cook top with large over and another small oven for warming, microwave oven, two large refrigerators and small pantry. A servery opens directly to the main hall
Male and female toilets are located within the hall area including facilities for disabled guests
Mary Lockett Hall is a SMOKE FREE venue

All bookings for the Mary Lockett Hall carry a negotiated refundable bond of $500.00 [conditions apply]
 
$50 caretaker’s fee applies after 10pm weeknights and after 11pm weekend nights. Please note that the hall must be vacated by 11:00pm weeknights and 12:00pm on the weekend.
 
Hire costs include use of tea and coffee making facilities, use of cutlery and crockery, insurance (social functions only) and use of tables and chairs. Commercial Groups need to provide their own insurance.

COMMUNITY GROUPS (Not for profit organisations) and PARISHIONERS may apply for a discount of up to 50% of the total cost. This is at the discretion of the Church Wardens.
